2 Way Obliques
This is a good exercise for beginners, or persons who don’t feel to safe using a Swiss ball.
Rest a Swiss Ball against a wall to prevent it from moving, and then kneel down to the side of the ball, you may wish to extend the outer leg.
Smoothly reach over the ball with your outer arm, using your inner hand to rest on the ball, to assist the upward movement if necessary and also to prevent over extension.
As you extend back up, you can make the same action again, however this time, take the arm closest to the wall across to the opposite side, using the other hand to assist the movement, by placing it on the outer thigh.
