Raised Hand Throughs
Having your legs raised and resting on a secure platform can often reduce the effort level of the exercise or make it more comfortable for those that suffer from lower back pain, so for beginners try and use both a flat o r raised leg position.
Exhale and smoothly take your hands up, and through your knees, in a smooth controlled motion.
Never force or jerk the action, in order to get your hands past your knees.
If the weight of your head makes your neck hurt, then simply support the weight of your head with your hand.
Inhale as you lower back down to repeat for desired number of repetitions.
