Focus Cards

Focus cards are great way to help you stay on track, simply place images in places that will help you, especially with problem area's.

For example, if you always tend to buy donut's or bad foods when you go shopping, stick a reminder on your shopping list or in your wallet or purse to help stop you picking up those bad items.

Stick cards in the fridge - on the fridge in your cupboards everywhere that you feel could be a problem, stick a card on it.

On the inside of your car - a simple card saying is it really to far to walk?

Cut out images from magazines if you do not have a printer and simply glue them on to a pack of playing cards, there are 54 focus cards there, put them all to good use - stick one on the television channel changer that says - I do have the time to work out!
