Focus on performing each movement with good technique, gradually building up to being able to perform all the exercises with the desired amount of repetitions. Once you can do this, progress onto the Intermediate Workouts.
Avoid doing more than 2 - 3 Chest Workouts within any week, always allow 2 - 3 days between workouts to enable your muscles to rest and repair.
