Beginners Biceps

Its important to remember, that as a beginner, you don't want to run the risk of injury by performing any of these exercises with poor technique.

Look at performing one or two of these workouts, no more than twice a week, having ideally one or two days rest between sessions, as this will enable your biceps muscles to have time to recover and repair.

Never train sore muscles, if your looking at gaining size, then you should also look at performing a tricep workout to give your upper arm greater depth.
