Beginners Back Workout
These workouts will require you to work in a smooth controlled manner in order to develop greater strength in your back muscles.
With each new workout, you don't need to perform all of the exercises, as you may find that you may not have the equipment needed, or simply find that your back muscles have been worked sufficiently.
Always train to your own limits and focus on making positive improvements gradually. Once you can perform all of the exercisse on Beginners Workout 1, move onto the second Beginners Workout 2 on a new day, always allowing at least 2 days rest between sessions.
