Swiss Ball Exercises
The use of a Swiss Ball for any exercise will help develop both new muscle development, and increased body balance, which in turn will require you to work muscles that you may forgotten you had.
Always check that the Swiss Ball is free from any damage, especially from cable machine wear and tear. The harder you inflate the Swiss Ball, a greater level of balance is required.
Because you are often focusing on maintaining good balance, most exercises used on a Swiss Ball will require you to use a lighter weight than you're accustomed to.
We're showing you only a few examples of positions that can be adopted, with each position, you can easily perform the exercise with a different hand grip ( hammer - reverse - normal) or change the resistance method, however the use of dumbbells is your best option.
