Exercise Chart

You should aim to perform 20 - 30 minutes aerobic work for beginners / intermediate - advanced level may decide to do more or even less, however the level of intensity is the main factor.

Its a good idea to vary your workouts and train on different pieces of exercise equipment - you don't need to do all 20 minutes on the treadmill.
