You should look at performing your body fat test each week, along with a measurement of your weight and also a fixed number of body parts to determine where you are losing your inches from. Always record your results - use the record sheet in the resources section.
If you get a negative result, then double your check your result, to make sure that it was accurate. Negative results will appear, these may not be good to hear, however it will tell you one of two things, you're either doing something wrong with your fat loss plan, or the test, possible the first test was inaccurate. If you don't like the idea of taking pictures of yourself, then listen to the feed back that you will get when you see friends and family after a noticeable break. Its always feel good to hear somebody else tell you that your losing weight.
